Data processing teamlead

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise projects in the time and depth processing groups
- Oversee operation in terms of customer and vendor data management
- Establish the processes based on best practice in compliance with corporate policies
- Analyze and audit master data quality
- Report of KPI's, SLAs and Metrics to the business units within the group
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the groups
- Coordinate trainings and team development

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- At least 3 years in data processing management
- Previous experience in AP, AR or GL is a plus
- Excellent understading of data processing systems and processes
- Team leading experience is a must
- Bachelor or Master in Finance, Business or Management
- Proficient user of SAP data processing modules
- SSC implementation/working experience is an advantage
- Fluent English
