Senior Payroll Specialist

Job description:

- Proactive payroll and financial issues solving
- Reviewing work performed by a junior payroll accountant
- Provide payroll counsel to internal employees in timely and correct manner
- Preparing bank payment orders to transfer salaries to employee accounts and to transfer insurance payments to the relevant institutions
- Communicating with clients, providing clients with basic payroll advice
- Ensure labour law compliance
- Prepare paychecks drafts
- Generate accurate reports for timely distribution
- Support to Payroll Manager and CFO

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Business Academy or Degree in Finance
- Fluent English
- Min 4 years experience in payroll processing and in finance/accounting or experencie with analyzing data, communication with clients
- Motivation to grow within the corporate ladder
- Responsibility and loyalty
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Advanced user of MS Office tools
