Sourcing analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the collection of item level data at customer facilities
- Interfacing with customer procurement systems and/or resources
- Creating detailed purchase reports
- Monitoring invoicing history
- Consolidating of the data obtained
into one single database
- Analyzing, prioritizing and sourcing on behalf of customer
- Translating data, as necessary, for Strategic Sourcing
- Other relevant duties upon request of the managment

Please, apply if you meet these minimum required criteria:

- Relevant experience with purchasing practices and standard purchasing systems (3 years min.)
-Min. a Bachelor rdegree or other relevant education
- Advanced level of written and spoken English AND German is a MUST
- Knowledge of Slovak and/or Spanish is advantage
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel for business trips in Europe
- Orientation on customer
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, incl. MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets while sustaining the positive approach to customers
- Team player
