Manager OF cost controlling department (manufacturing company)

Strong international production company with its subsidies worldwide is currently looking for experience Manager to manage on - going activities and projects in field of Cost controlling for whole region.

The main responsibilities:

- Full leading and supervision of 2 team - members
- Complete responsibility over perforrmed activities in field of controlling within the production company
- Responsible over consolidation activities on the regional level
- P&L, BS analysis
- Finalization of variance analysis, commentaries to month - end results and ensuring its correct reporting
- Participation on product costing analysis as well as formation of its strategy
- Correct assessment of commodity prices changes on the costs of the production
- Lead and participate in amount of projects focused on enhancing the productivity

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Fluent level of English language
- Min. 6 years of experience in field of finance
- Experience from controlling department of production company is must
- The candidate should have the knowledge of business controlling, financial planning & analysis, supply chain finance
- People managerial experience is required
- Background in accounting is advantage
- EU citizenship is required
- Very good analytical skills combined with mature personality
