Invoicing manager

Your resposibilities:
- Leading and developing team of supervisors
- Responsible for Customer service and communications with customers
- Managing Invoicing activities
- Managing external and internal audit requirements
- Responsible for development, enhancement, coordination, communication, implementation and initiation processes for continues improvement
- Responsible for effective coordination and communication with various internal departments in order to identify and minimize billing errors
- Leading and supporting MEC activities.
- Managing new implementations
- Responsible for improvement of existing relationship with the internal business partners

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University degree in economics field
- English language is a must. Knowledge of other languages (e.g. German, French, Italian , Russian) preferable
- 3 years experience with team leading
- 3 years AP/AR work related experience
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Manufacturing industry or shared services experience is advantage
- Detail oriented
- Analytical thinking
- Orientation to customers
