Our client offers you the opportunity to prove yourself and demonstrate your skills as an ORDER TO CASH MANAGER.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of the process in scope (all functions and components of Order-to-Cash)
- Responsibility for delivering performance that meets or exceeds service level agreement targets
- Provides leadership in administration of processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of cash applications
- Identifies and recommends necessary changes in policies and procedures
- Recruitment of members of the Order to Cash team
- Coaching, training and development of the team
- Plans, organizes and defines roles for team members to ensure that customer service level requirements are met or exceeded
- Coordinates with IT Operations any business requirements that may create enhancements to the system
- Resolve service issues with Customers and Operating Companies; identify and implement improvements
- Manage business plan and budgets for process in scope
- Regular measurement of process performance by applying a compulsory metrics system, self-audits and risk assessments

Požadujeme

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Bachelor or University degree focused on Economics or Finance
- At least 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting and relevant supervision experience
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in interfacing with business operational customers in defining accounts receivable, accounting information and accounting service requirements
- Experience in process improvement and application systems implementation
- Project management experience
- Shared Service Center experience is desirable
- Experience with SAP is preffered
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and analyze data
- Ability to motivate people
