Senior analyst of sales services with french language

Would you like to participate on building up new business, setting processes and further grow develop your analytical, communication and coordination skills? Our client, international company with its seat in Belgium is looking for suitable candidate for position SENIOR ANALYST OF SALES SERVICES with French language.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Regular sales/operation analyses
- Independent problem solving
- Participation on setting up whole reporting process
- Project planning
- Process monitoring and analyses
- Ensuring accuracy of collected and posted data
- Developing process improvements and company performance
- Close cooperation with internal and external clients
- Meassuring and controll of quality of processes in call center and logistics center
- Identification the business opportunities

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Fluent knowledge of English and French language
- Very high level of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) is MUST
- Min. 3 years of experience (preferrably from different fields including communication and analysis)
- Experience from sales and services analysis is an advantage
- Independent and self – sufficient personality
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Flexible and multi – tasking person
- Very good time – management
- Leadership experience is an advantage
