It administrator / analyst

Responsibilities:
- Implementation, maintenance and support of IT services and components in area of end-user support and Knowledge management.
- Analyzing business requirements and specification of technical solutions
- Administration of desktop and server operating systems
- Coordination with internal parties - business partners, end users, support staff
- Participation in projects and cooperation on support and delivery of the services
- Communication with external providers, suppliers and consultants
- Trainings of internal customers at HQ and sales offices across Slovakia

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree in Engineering / Economics / Information Technologies
- Advanced level of English
- Good technical knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2013 tools
- Good analytical and communication skills, ability to cooperate with a team
- Experience with system administration and backup
- SharePoint knowledge is an advantage
- Driving licence B
