Product owner

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position PRODUCT OWNER.

The key objectives are to share the product vision, manage the backlog, stories and priorities and interface with a development team and key product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Identify and analyze features, segment them into EPICs and Stories, details functional and non-functional requirements as use cases
- Manage a product backlog including negotiation with stakeholders
- Assist the development team to ensure the Product Delivery, including participation to test plans and product validation
- Identify impediments for the development team and provide solution or escalation
- Collaborate with other groups such as Product Management, Developers, Support, etc.
- Report effectively to the Product Management department

- University degree in computer science
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience in software development including automation & tests
- Experience of Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-organized, rigorous, strong team spirit
- Professional level fluency in Slovakian and English
- Technical knowledge with one of ECM: MS Sharepoint, Open Text LiveLink, EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, CMIS, etc. is big advantage
- Also good to know J2EE, SOA, application servers, XML technologies, distributed architecture,
