For our client, well known international company, we are looking for experience PAYROLL SUPERVISOR with responsibilities for:

- Leading up to 15 payroll specialists
- KPIs and SLAs measurement
- People management – hiring, coaching, training, development of team members
- Managing team performance
- Payroll advisory
- Deliver payroll processes
- Process harmonization and improvements
- Compliance management

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Finance/HR
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in payroll)
- At least 2 years experience on leading position
- Advanced level of English is desirable (other foreign language on fluent level is welcome)
- High level of leadership skills
- Well organized
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proactive approach
