Your primarly tasks will include:

- Daily communication with customers, both indirect and direct
- Providing customers with adequate information
- Work with internal tools and systems
- Finding solutions in various customer queries
- Cooperation with other departments of the company

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree
- ENGLISH language skills on an ADVANCED level or
- GERMAN language skills on an ADVANCED level and basic knowledge of English
- Previous min. experience in customer care (prefered)
- Excellent communication skills
- General PC skills (using level of MS Office suite)
- Customer focus is a must
- Quick learning ability
- Logical approach
- Team player
- Priority setting
