Customer care supervisor

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR.

Job Description:

- managing of team responsible for solving various incidents, issues regarding to the products and services of the company
- monitoring and evaluation of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and Key Performance Indicators
- active managing workload balancing, vacation and sickness cover in the team
- coaching, motivation and leading of the team
- responsibility for assignments, trainings, evaluation of the performance, support and development opportunities
- regular reporting, evaluation of internal matrix, making staffing recommendations and overtimes requirements

The candidate should be:

- College degree
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken form)
- Experience of Team/People management (2-3 years)
- Experience in managing client relationships or client helpdesk or on service delivery oriented department are prefered
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Strong collaborative and problem solving skills
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Ability and willingness to support and drive positive customer experience
