Accounts payable specialist with croatian language

Our job opportunity is to expand your knowledge in well-established international company as Accounts Payable Specialist.

You will be responsible for:

- Receive and verify incoming invoices
- Scan and upload invoices into internal system
- Identification of discrepancies on vendor accounts
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Communication with suppliers in Croatian language on daily basis
- Ensure correctness of processes with internal rules
- Clearing of open items on accounts
- Perform month-end close activities
- Generate accounts payables reports and prepare analyses for management, as needed

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

- University degree in finance/accounting
- Min. 2 years accounting experience
- Advanced user of MS Excel
- Fluent Croatian and English on intermediate level
- Previous work with SAP is a big advantage
- Analytical skills on high level
- Customer oriented personality
- Strong communication skills
