Head of back office (banking sector)

Big international bank is looking for candidate with leadership experience to cover following activities:

- Leading o 3 back office teams, in total up to 15 people
- Management of payment authorization, payment processing, reconciliation, investigation and controlling
- Operational risk management with support from Risk department
- Relationship management with internal and external partners
- Ensuring quality and efficiency of processes
- Compliance management, processes and policy improvements
- Hiring, training, coaching, development of subordinates
- Operational support of team, if needed

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s degree in finance
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Fluent English
- Leadership experience
- Proactive personality
- Open minded, flexible
- Team player
