Business analyst for web applications

Responsibilities:

- Your activities will cover solution development lifecycle phases (application releases and maintenance projects) to production induction and support
- Facilitate the business requirements gathering sessions
- Assure the information is captured/documented as Change Request out from the business requirements gathering sessions
- Analyse business requirements comprehensively together with the customer, verify the underlying business need, create business analysis specification and identify potential solution options
- Coordinate change request/bugs for Clickability CMS websites with the vendor and validate/test the delivered enhancements
- End user support for publishers in case of bugs and difficulty in using the Clickability CMS
- Support Testing Team in transforming the business requirements (specifications) into test cases
- Quality assurance of all vendor deliverables – from solution design, technical design, technical delivery till the solution and operations documentation

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- A Bachelor degree in an economic or IT related field
- Motivated and eager to broaden the knowledge within the IT Operations domain
- Strong communication skills, Fluent in English spoken and written (minimum C1)
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, prioritising, and delegating packages of work. Certification (e.g. PMP) an advantage
- Experience in business analysis, including A3/BRM methodology (and equivalence).
- Good understanding of ITIL framework (certification an advantage)
- Knowhow in HTML and CSS
- Experience in Information Management (archival systems)
- A well rounded individual, bringing high quality stakeholder management and communication skills, a decisive and autonomous working style, and a clear focus on delivering results
