Duties:

- Responsible for resolving queries and disputes related to SLA agreements, in an accurate and timely manner establishing and rectifying the root cause to prevent recurrence
- having confidence in the use of technical tools and standard Microsoft software, accompanied with strong communications skills
- Being able to demonstrate problem solving, time and conflict management behaviors and have a strong respect for process

Requirements

Requirements:

- High School or University Degree
- Active level of Danish language
- Intermediate level of English language
- Customer care experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of MS Office
- very good communication skills
- flexible
- team player
