The core role of this person is to ensure effective and correct launch and set up of AP processes on Slovak market. The person will be responsible for complex AP agenda for Europe region of strong international company opening its middle size office in Slovakia.
Your main duties include:
- Complete responsibility for assigned accounting agenda
- Accurate and on time recording of incoming invoices
- Intense communication with vendors in English and German language
- Close cooperation on processes set up
- Ensure arisen discrepancies are solved correctly and in compliance with company processes
- Regular reporting
- Responsibility over solving difficult accounting cases
- Cooperation with other departments to provide vendors all needed information
- Developing and maintenance of strong relationships with vendors
- Identification of possible process improvements leading to highest team efficiency

Requirements
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in financial area
- Fluent knowledge of ENGLISH and GERMAN language
- Min. 2 years experience on accounting department of international company
- Experience from international company is an advantage
- Advanced MS Office user
- Strong will to develop skills in accounting
- Strong analytical thinking
- Process thinker
- Responsible attitude
