Senior Manager of Corporate accounting

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company on position Corporate Accounting Manager.

Primary responsibilities for the role of Corporate Accounting Manager:

- Leading, motivating, mentoring and professional development of a team of 25 people (3 team leaders)
- Manage and participate strategic worldwide projects within the field of accounting
- Responsible for liason of internal accounting procedures with international accounting standards
- Ensure correctness of accounting activities them that includes AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, GL and T&E
- Responsibility over process of financial reporting risks identification
- Manage the Month-end close activities
- Ensure correct account reconciliation, internal control analysis and documentation
- Contact for internal and external audit requests with efficiency to deliver accurate requests on time
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements such as Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting is required
- CPA, ACCA or MBA is an advantage
- 5 years of experience in Accounting with sound knowledge of GAAP
- Min. 5 years of experience in a leadership role with supervisory experience
- Position requires in depth knowledge of GL and FA workflows and financial reporting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal skills required
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS principles required to financial reporting, month end closing and consolidations
- Demonstrate project management skills to provide project planning and project status reporting of all improvement projects
