AP supervisor (senior role with 4+ years of experience)

Within the professional and very friendly working environment of production support center, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced people manager to become an essential member of its management team. The center has up to 100 employees and the team covering AP activities has 18 employees.

The role includes:

- Responsibility for the team's overall performance
- Set up of the professional goals of team members
- Responsibility over performance reviews and future development of team members
- Preparation and set up of training programs
- KPIs and SLAs tracking and adjusting if necessary
- Linking the teams needs with effective covering of the teams responsibilities
- Ensuring correctness and effectiveness of performed AP activities including AP processing and reporting
- The team members are responsible for reporting and reconciliation activities within AP, as well as booking of travel management invoices and payments
- Very close cooperation with other team leaders and manager in amount of on-going projects

The successful candidate should fullfill following criteria:

- University degree
- Knowledge of AP processes
- Strong level of English language
- Min. 4 years of experience, preferrably in shared service center
- Proven leadership and people managerial experience is must
- Overview in accounting
- People oriented approach
- Strong drive for further improvements
- Very good negotiation skills
