Client IT Support & Trainer

This is an opportunity for young people to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions.

Your responsibilities would be:

- Support for customers, providing information about proprietary software, resolving technical issues, act as expert point of contact
- Travel to customers and train them for company´s proprietary database software, e.g. how to use application, how to make reports
- Communication with customers in Slovak and English language
- Support with ad hoc team tasks, e.g. preparing of presentations, excel tables, searching for and analysis of information

The candidate should have:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Capability of active communication in English language
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, independance
- Logical thinking
- Excelent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Driver license - active driver
