Accounting manager

Well – established international company is currently in need of Accounting Manager to build, lead and develop its accounting team and drive process improvements in order to constantly increase team effectiveness.

Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Building up his own accounting team
- Managing staff in order to ensure processes proficiency as well as accurate results
- Responsible for fluent flow day-to-day accounting operations and a timely month end close
- Responsibility over correctness of booked data
- Participation on wide range of different projects on global level
- Reporting directly to HQ
- Constant improvement of policies & procedures for recording new and/or existing transactions
- Implementation of new procedures and strategies

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Minimum 5 years of experience on leading position in finance/accounting department
- ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Fluent level of English
- Strong people management skills, ability to grow and develop team in fast - changing environment
- Financial Reporting, Month End Close, Account Reconciliations
- Innovative attitude
- Ability to drive the change
- Do - it attitude
