Team leader – banking/insurance field

For our client we are looking for experienced people manager from banking/insurance field.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of 10-15 people
- Regular KPIs and SLAs reporting
- Hiring, training and coaching team members
- Leading a project of process improvements and work efficiency development
- Monitoring accuracy of internal policy/rules following
- Active cooperation with other departments/business units

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s degree in finance/banking
- 4 years professional experience
- Minimum 3 years people management experience
- Advanced level of English
- Team player
- People management skills
