Senior Manager Asset Management Operations

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company on position Senior Manager Asset Management Operations.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Managing all areas of asset management operations, including trade settlement, payments and reconciliation
- Ensure trade support including bond and equity settlement, processing and timely execution of payments, mainly for OTC derivatives
- Ensure cash and position reconciliation between internal systems and custodian or bank statements
- People management, including hiring, performance review, training and development
- Managing KPIs
- Participation on various projects

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- 5 years' experience in the area of Asset Management
- 3 years' experience in a leadership position
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Proactive approach
- Out of box thinking
