This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as Service delivery manager:

Your responsibilities:

- Supports various processes in the areas of ICT
- Creates standard and non-standard ad-hoc reporting
- Delivery of services in quality and time
- Participates in project work
- Keeps a contact with internal and external partner or customer,
organizations participating in the service processes
- Observe the instructions of its superiors

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University degree
- English or German language is a MUST
- Knowledge of ICT and ITIL processes
- Min. 2 years experience on similar position
- Experience in project management
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while achieving/maintaining high quality work results
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Problem solver
- Flexibility in working outside office hours
- Willing to travel abroad when required
- Process orientation
