Your job description would be:
- Daily active communication with clients in English/Nordic language- providing them with special customer care
- Dealing with problems of company's customers
- Administrative work activities
- Work with internal systems and applications

Requirements
Requirements for candidates:
- University degree
- Fluent English language
- Advanced level of one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish) is MUST
- At least 2 years working experience in customer care
- Very good level of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Very strong communication skills
- Customer oriented personality
- Team player
