Non purchase order accounting team lead

For strong international company we are looking for Team Leader of accounting department.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of 10-14 accountants
- Delegation of duties
- Controlling activities of subordinates
- Responsibility for accruals calculation and accounting
- Cost allocation
- KPIs and SLAs reporting, focus on process efficiency and accuracy
- Supporting subordinates during month end close period
- Balance sheet reconciliations and analyzing discrepancies
- Monthly reporting for company management
- Development plan for team, performance analyses

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s degree in finance
- Minimum 2 years experience on leading position
- Minimum 3 years finance experience
- Fluent English
- Accounting background
- Ability to coordinate senior team
- Professional communication
- Presentation skills
- Process improvement orientation
