Make use of your gained experience and broaden your knowledge by starting with well-established international company. Successful team in the collections department is currently looking for a new member on a position SENIOR COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST WITH PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Daily communication with clients in order to resolve their overdue payments
- Guidance of younger team members
- Identification of invoices in dispute
- Cooperation with other departments to provide clients with all needed information and documentation
- Negotiating with clients regarding their payment plans and conditions
- Solving difficult collections cases and bringing the solutions
- Ensure payment discrepancies are solved on time and in accurate manner
- Developing and maintenance of strong relationships with the clients
- Preparation of credit analysis on a regular basis
- Reporting and presenting analysis results to senior management

Requirements
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in financial area
- Communicative knowledge of ENGLISH and communicative level of Arabic language is a must
- Working permission in EU countries
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance
- Experience on the similar position is an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
