Identity management architect

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world, is opening new positions here in Bratislava. We are looking for IDENTITY MANAGEMENT ARCHITECT.

- Design best practice concepts to cover the lifecycle of all kinds of identities and set them up in the Identity Management System
- Provide consultancy in identity management related topics to the various stakeholders
- Lead workshops, provide trainings and required documentations
- Harmonize and improve existing identity management processes
- Administer and configure the Identity Management landscape and components
- Develop and improve the Identity Management System frontend screens
- Provide operational support and solve issues in the area of identity management
- Implement a reporting framework with the Identity Management System
- Manage the connection to various systems including the data flow and ownership
- Administer and improve a global identity directory for the Linde Group
- Support the integration with GRC Access Control components to assure observation of compliance and audit regularities

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of:

- Found experience in the various kinds of identity management processes and their design
- Ability to derive best practice solutions to Linde needs and requirements
- Thorough technical knowledge in SAP Identity Management version 7.02 and higher releases
- Experience with leading backend systems providing identity management data like, Microsoft Active Directory, IBM Notes, SAP HR/HCM, other SAP systems, databases etc.
- Programming skills Java Script and HTML5
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of the ITIL framework
- A graduate (Technology/Science) from a reputed university
- Overall 3-6 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
- Fluent English in spoken and written
- Trainings in the area of identity management
- Working experience in cross-cultural environment
- ITIL certification,
