Sap netweaver lead

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world, is opening new positions here in Bratislava. We are looking for SAP NETWEAVER LEAD.

- Understand functional specification and review for assignment for technical specification.
- Provide architectural and strategic guidance for developing cross applications technology space.
- Prioritisation of projects and enhancements
- Technical Implementation of Project and enhancement activities based on the specification
- Technical peer review and governance.
- Understand application impacts from associated IT disciplines. e.g. DNS, Security, networks, firewalls, Netweaver, IIS/SAP, SAP, Oracle)
- Ensure services are delivered as per SLA’s
- Maintaining adherence to policies, guidelines and procedures of Global IS.
- Implement process improvements within Cross Applications.
- Identify opportunities for application improvement, and global consolidation facilitating HPO
- Ensure continued alignment with SAP Technology trends.

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of:

- Overall 6+ years of technical experience in application development/support specifically with SAP Netweaver Java/Portal/UWL/Web Dyn Pro technology.
- Hands on development experience in SAP Netweaver/SAP CE/SAP Web DynPro/SAP Portal/UWL/SAP Enterprise Services, J2EE
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with customer oriented teams in a global environment
- Understanding of UML design principles
- Managing Cross Apps application Support(Service Delivery)
- Strong technical and non-tech nical communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to be self motivated and be able to multi-task
- Ability for self-learning and to work in a meticulous and organized manner
- Exposure to working in a geographically dispersed environment
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
