Are you a German and English speaker? Would you like to use your language skills on daily basis in international enviroment?
This is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide on position HR CONTACT LINE SUPPORT (English & German language)
Main tasks are:
- Providing global support for internal clients
- Resolving clients requests and questions
- Providing first-level support in the area of HR questions, tools and processes
- Cooperating closely with Human Resources, other departments and managers globally
- Working with several systems together
- Solving various ad-hoc tasks at the same time
Please, note that a 2-3 month-contract will be offered at first, with a possibility of prolongation.

Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- Fluent level of English and German language
- University or High School education
- Work experience in customer care or HR area is big advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and proven communication skills
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Detail orientation
- Flexibility to work shifts (day and evening)
