The Accounting Manager position working for our clients companies is a hands on position that works very closely with the senior management. In this capacity you will report to the interim CFO/CEO or other client company staff.
If you are a seasoned professional with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong experience and skills in the area of Finance & Accounting, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities include:
- Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
- Leading team of 5-10 accountants
- Responsible for communication with clients
- Participation on business development of new clients and building relationships with them
- Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits;
- Month and Yearly Closing activities, Produce accurate and timely financial statements
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- 3 years plus of previous accounting manager level experience
- BA degree preferably in accounting
- English language on advanced level
- Outstanding PC skills with Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service aptitude
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- Strong organizational skills
