Job description:
- responsible for the department’s operational management system
- monitoring and evaluation of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and Key Performance Indicators
- active managing workload balancing, vacation and sickness cover in the team
- leading functional specific projects and initiatives
- coaching, motivation and leading of the team

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- min 3 years of People Management experience(preferable in the area of global supply chain)
- fluent English
- fluent German is advantage
- Experience with tracking record of delivering results in metrics
- Previous experience with leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the targets and meet the deadlines
-Team player, flexibility
-Communication skills
