The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

- Identifies training and development needs of staff in conjunction with line managers
- Coordination of specific activities for employee training and development programs
- Prepare training budget, seeks and obtains funding approval and controls costs against budget
- Preparation and delivery of workshops
- Managing of site development programs
- Support of HR manager
- Analyses, reports
- Coordination of specific activities for employee training and development programs

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- university education (preferably related to HR)
- min. 2 years experience in HR (must have an experience with trainings, education, learning and development will be an advantage)
- advanced PC skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- fluent English is a must
- knowledge of German will be an advantage
- customer and detail orientation
- analytical and logical thinking
- strong interest in HR
- communication skill
- interpersonal skills (team-member, flexible, reliable, precise)
- working skills (time-management, presentations, stress-resistance, reporting)
