CEO (Investment portfolio management company)

Based in Bratislava, our client, small international company operating worldwide in field of investment portfolio management is searching for experienced professional to fill a major leadership role within the organization.
CEOO is a core role in all, strategic planning, tactical execution as well as legal issues. The position reports directly to the company’s owner.

As the CEO you will perform, manage, and be responsible for controlling and financial reporting, global financial audit, corporate governance and investment advisory to the company’s management. This will include all activities connected to legal and financial governance of the company. One your main missions is to enhance the income, growth and tax-favored treatment of the investors. Furthermore you are completely responsible for compliance of all financial statements and contracts with local laws.

Who are we looking for?

The CEO has already broad experience with deciding on investment strategies and leading a company from both, legal and financial point of view. We are looking for a person with strong knowledge of international taxation as well as knowledge of local laws and financial / accounting legislation.

CEO must be a strong decision maker and the one to challenge himself and others to achieve company’s ambitious goals . The strong strategic and critical thinking as well as business oriented personality are inevitable to succeed on this position.

Must to have:
- Fluent level of English and Russian language
- Leadership experience
- Experience with legal and financial governance of the company
- Experience with investment portfolio management
