Senior business analyst (banking)

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company on position SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - (banking).

Requirements:
- You will build up and maintain relationships with your business partners, our internal customers, and our software solution providers
- You will be responsible for correct functionality of specified software solutions in the loans area
- Your focus will be especially business requirement interpretation and analysis, communication with solution providers and also contribution to testing and operation
- You will acquire sufficient knowledge of software solutions in your responsibility in order to provide consultancy to users and suggest efficient solutions to requirements and issues
- You will be part of an increasing flexible service and it is expected that you proactively shape its future
- Support for Product Owner - collaboration on backlog items, business value estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.
- Communication with stakeholders, translation of decisions into requirements and application features, demo presentations, reporting
- Cooperation with developers and other teams, solution variants and innovations proposal, efforts estimation
- Collaboration on application components design, GUI design
- Coordination of application development
- Coordination of application deployment in multiple environments
- Workshops with application key-users
- Presales presentations and consulting

- University grade (ideally in economics, IT or mathematics)
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking area (loan) ideally
- Dynamic personality with pro-active “can-do” attitude
- Very good communication skills
- Structural approach and analytical mind
- Very good command of English in speaking and writing
- Customer orientation, ability to act independently on your own responsibility but being also a team player
- Innovator - initiative and proactive personality
- Experience with usage of databases and basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of processes and experience in process modeling
