- Ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of production
- Coordination, leadership, evaluation and motivation of the production team
- Planning, managing, and coordinating existing production, production processes, and capacities
- Design and implementation of improvements and optimization of resource use
- Checking team performance as well as other indicators
- Daily communication with other departments
- Participation on training people in production department
- Participation on internal / external audits
