Job description, responsibilities and duties
Supporting organising company events and conferences and meeting
Managing staff meetings and schedules, recording of minutes
Planning of availability of Conference rooms
ordering stationery / general office suppliers / regular orders
dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
dealing with courier services
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
sorting of email communication and correct distribution of general company e-mail addresses
implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems (including OA)
ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
assisting the organisation's HR department for employees services and events
management and operation of the Employer's office
management of the assigned agenda of the Employer and companies connected with the Employer
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Communication with mobile phone operators, ordering SIM cards, solving issues related to telecommunication providers, securing extended packages of phone services for travellers
Manage business and personal agenda of the General Management
prepare priorities list and reports on a weekly basis;
manage information flow defining priorities (mails, calls, meeting);
perform analytical work over incoming data and documents, elaborating executive summaries;
prepare documentation for the meeting and meeting of minutes;
prepare presentations;
Translation support English-Slovak-Chinese
keep track records of the projects;
organize itinerary for business travels, assure logistics; reimbursement process
ensure documentation flow upon request;
provision of the other services upon request.
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
