Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Opportunity:

Lead the accounting team (2 team members), ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional operational excellence and compliance,
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with US GAAP,
Prepare statutory financial statements and other statutory reporting,
Responsible for VAT reporting,
Responsible for the external audit and tax audit processes,
Develop and implements procedures of internal control, follow-up of the SOX requirements,
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of business processes,
Participate in various cross functional projects across Central Europe cluster.
