Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Opportunity:
- order entry, order management and data maintainance in the system
- claim management
- availability check and alternative offer proposals
- providing information of actual order status,
- shipment consolidation
- administrative tasks within the department
- regular communication with other internal departments (credit, sales, S&OP, logistics)
- basic support for fleet customers
- communication with customers in term of special actions
- reporting tasks
To join our team you will need:
- minimum high school degree
- fluent in Slovak, spoken and written (native speaker)
- Hungarian language on advanced level
- English language on communicative level
- advanced PC skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- strong communication and social skills
- personal organization skills
- team player
- ability to learn new things
