Job description, responsibilities and duties


The Opportunity:

  • order entry, order management and data maintainance in the system
  • claim management
  • availability check and alternative offer proposals
  • providing information of actual order status,
  • shipment consolidation
  • administrative tasks within the department
  • regular communication with other internal departments (credit, sales, S&OP, logistics)
  • basic support for fleet customers
  • communication with customers in term of special actions
  • reporting tasks

To join our team you will need:

  • minimum high school degree
  • fluent in Slovak, spoken and written (native speaker)
  • Hungarian language on advanced level
  • English language on communicative level
  • advanced PC skills
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • strong communication and social skills
  • personal organization skills
  • team player
  • ability to learn new things
