Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Track and evaluate the consumption data within the Operational Plan.
- Create performance metrics based on the correlation between actual production volume and employee attendance, considering the Operational Plan.
- Determine manpower requirements by considering the planned production volume.
- Assess daily staffing levels to identify any surplus or shortage of personnel.
- Supervise the development and launch of new products, overseeing the entire process from concept through early production stages, ensuring optimal manufacturability and meeting targets for cost, quality, and time-to-market.
- Organize technical activities and staffing for projects.
- Aid in the implementation of standardized methodologies, libraries, tools, and solutions.
- Fulfill customer requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and functional guidelines.
