Job description, responsibilities and duties
Installation and Launch Support: Provide on-site technical support during the launch of new flexographic printing machines at customer locations worldwide. Assist with the setup, calibration, and testing of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Planned Preventive Maintenance: Execute planned preventive maintenance activities according to schedules established by the company. Perform inspections, adjustments, and replacements of components as necessary to maintain machine reliability and performance.
Emergency Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to unexpected breakdowns of flexographic printing machines at customer sites. Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement repairs to minimize downtime and restore operations swiftly.
Technical Training and Support: Deliver training sessions to customer operators and maintenance personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flexographic printing equipment. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure customers can effectively operate and maintain their machinery.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation. Provide detailed reports to management and customers regarding service interventions, equipment status, and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers through professional communication, responsive service, and effective problem-solving. Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests, demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for international service assignments, including scheduling flights, arranging accommodations, and managing logistics. Ensure timely arrival at customer locations and efficient use of travel resources.
