We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our client, the comapny which continuously growing and expanding its operations.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and supporting employee development.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resources management. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, you will be involved in diverse HR functions that contribute to the overall success of organization. If you are a proactive and resourceful individual with a strong HR background, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct sessions for new employees and assist with the completion of onboarding forms.
  • Process employment documentation / contracts
  • Process employee terminations, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate offboarding procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
