HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resources management. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, you will be involved in diverse HR functions that contribute to the overall success of organization. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
• Conduct sessions for new employees and assist with the completion of onboarding forms.
• Process employment documentation / contracts
• Process employee terminations, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate offboarding procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution.
• Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
