Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the ERP system at the production plant
- Providing assistance to users and ensuring proper utilization of the ERP
- Assisting with local IT operations in collaboration with the central IT department - hardware/software
- Supporting ERP functions, facilitating communication, and actively collaborating with various company departments such as warehouse, production, purchasing, quality, and finance
- Conducting tests for updates,
- Liaising with external partners for ERP support
- Creating and modifying reports in Excel and PowerBI
