Job description, responsibilities and duties

As of now, we are looking for a (Junior) Community Manager – Czech (m/f)

As our (Junior) Czech Community Manager (m/f) you will be in contact with our Czech speaking customers across a wide range of channels such as our own game forums and Facebook fan pages. You will be tasked with regularly providing customers and fans with information and answering their questions. You will also use our in-house ticket system to answer all direct customer inquiries.

Your Job:

Offer comprehensive customer care and community administration in forums, chat rooms and on social media platforms
Act as a link between the community, product managers, producers and the QA department (quality assurance)
Analyze player structures and player behavior, produce statistics and reports on community feedback (suggestions for product improvement, bug statistics etc.)
Develop and implement growth strategies to enlarge the community and strengthen customer loyalty
Plan and organize in-game events, community actions and real-world meetings
Your goal: Customer acquisition and customer loyalty in the Czech market

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Your Profile:

Native-speaker level knowledge of Czech, both written and spoken, good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
Ideally experience in community management in the gaming industry either through internships or private involvement
A passion for (online) games
Very high standards of service quality and a high games affinity
The ability to look outside the box and solve problems
Excellent communication skills and an open, friendly character
A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
