Graphics and web coordinator

• Creates the graphic design of GLOBSEC organisation – social media, banners, invitations, brochures, email charts, business cards and other materials based on the needs of the organisation
• Prepares the materials for external vendors, reminds, adjusts and together with the direct manager approves graphic materials and is also responsible for the quality of outputs
• Communicates and coordinates the cooperation with printing offices and graphics studios, negotiates prices and solves any complaints
• Manages the database of graphics materials, logos and is also responsible for the banners and other constructions at our flagship events
• Is responsible for following and updating of the design manual
• Manages and updates content on web sites based on information provided by other team members
• Publishes information, press releases and photographs
• Is responsible for the functionality of GLOBSEC website and brings innovative ideas how to make our website more attractive
• Preparation of promo strategies for events and organisation as such in cooperation other team members
• Photo shooting and editing
• Video editing
