Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Assist researchers with management and implementation of the projects in the areas of Future of Europe Programme:
o Organize events and activities
o Assist with administrative issues
o Assist with preparation of the required reports and documentation
o Assist with financial management of the projects
o Correspond with partners
• Provide analytical support in the areas of interest and participate in discussions on relevant developments in international relations
• Maintain databases of contacts
• Contribute to newsletters
• Keep track of project related and other deadlines
• Assist with planning of activities
• Liaise with other departments of the organization
• Fulfil other administrative tasks as defined by Director
