Project Assistant

Job responsibilities will include overall support to management team within IT Delivery unit such as:
- monthly invoicing and monitoring of allocations and generated invoices within specific projects in the company
- create allocation in the defined tool and reviewing the outcomes in collaboration with the respective project manager
- client visit coordination between the respective project manager in collaboration with other support functions in the company
- coordination of business trips within Slovakia as well abroad
- coordination and management of all possible shipment of goods to our customers and vice versa to us
- project team members’ attendance reviewing (on a weekly basis) due to invoicing needs
- billing mapping & reviewing the roles of respective experts
- overtime monitoring, reviewing within the attendance and reporting to respective manager in close collaboration with colleagues from support functions
- incoming (project related) invoices management, monitoring & reporting
