Job description, responsibilities and duties
Nature and aim of the position:
The main goals of the position is daily matching Accounts Receivables and Bank data, analysis of data in systems during migrations and key role on providing accounting requirements to IT/System developers.
Main duties:
Accounts receivables daily matching against bank transactions
Posting and analysing incoming bank payments and bank receivables
Daily matching and analysing differences between accounting systems
Provide clear requirements and solutions during system migrations
Monthly reconciliations and revaluations of balance sheets accounts
Forecasting weekly cash flows
Participate in analysis of monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports
Monthly VAT, Social Security and Tax reporting
Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts and statutory accounts
Areas of responsibilities:
Daily accounting for the assigned country
Follow up of the receivables/payables in the assigned country
Preparatory work for financial year end closing, internal audits in the area of accounts receivable/payable, etc. for the assigned country
Key role in forthcoming system migrations, mapping of accounts aligned between systems
Reporting and collaboration:
Report to Team Leader Currency Choice
Collaborate with Financial Accounting teams in local countries
Collaborate daily with Currency Choice Operations Italy, Group Treasury and Singapore Currency Choice Team
