The position holder will be part of an Operations function within Global Blue covering Processing of Tax Free Forms, Customer Service, Refund Payments and other back office operations.
The focus of this role is on supporting the Payments Operations when it comes to reporting/analysis and execution of other supportive tasks as well as project coordination and process optimisation.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Monitor performance of the processes, run daily/weekly/monthly reports and analysis, spot patterns or deviations and act on them
- Prepare visibility layer over the processes such as KPI and SLA
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business, make recommendations on common issues
- Document and analyse processes and procedures, recommend refinements and improvements incl. change requests definition
- Represent the team in projects, ensure department’s requirements are defined and met
- Anticipate internal/external business issues; recommend process or service improvements related to optimisation of payment channels (credit cards, bank accounts and bank cheques)
