Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Process and monitor Global Blue refund payments in various currencies towards travelers globally
- Execute debit orders and reversals against credit card companies
- Process refund payments for external partners
- Keep defined SLA and KPI on track for processes within given responsibility
- Report and escalate errors and transaction failures
- Enhance departmental policies and procedures
- Anticipate internal/external business issues; recommend process or service improvements related to optimization of payment channels (credit cards, bank accounts and cheques)
- Recognize and communicate possible improvements
- Assist in projects and system implementations
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders and maintain active relationships
- Take ownership of any ad-hoc requests

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- University degree
- Min. 1 years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Payments or Operations
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
- Strong team player
- Innovative and creative ideas
- Detail oriented
- Independently identifies key issues, patterns or deviations
- Diligent and accurate working style
- Willingness to learn, openness and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
